Samphire is an award winning food shop in Norfolk specialising in rare breed meat and really local food. Ethical farming is at the heart of Samphire and we have been recognised by the RSPCA for our commitment to animal welfare.
It’s not just our regulars who love our rare breed meat, Gary Rhodes said our sausages were the best he'd ever tasted and Giles Coren gave our delicious pork pies 10/10. You can buy sausages online here. We also do a meat delivery box. Just send us an order and we'll send you some of our fabulous award winning farm produce !!
To us Samphire is more than just a great food shop. It’s about understanding where food comes from and why we need to know. It’s about building personal relationships with people and going out of our way to help. But fundamentally it’s about celebrating each of the seasons in turn, having fun and making the most of this great place we all live in.
Each year we open up our smallholding to visitors and this year it was on Sunday 11th July 2010. We will do the same again next year so keep in touch to find out more.
